On a day when KKR batters had trouble timing the ball, 21-year-old Jaiswal led the team by scoring the IPL’s fastest fifty in just 13 balls, breaking the previous mark of 14 held by KL Rahul and Pat Cummins.
Jaiswal’s modest chase resulted in a score of 98 from 47 balls, just two runs short of a century. RR swept to victory in 13.1 overs thanks to his innings, which featured 12 fours and five sixes.
