Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan responded with the funniest comment when Twitter reinstated the blue tick validation for accounts with more than one million followers. Even though he had 48.4 million followers, he questioned why he had to pay for the subscription.

Twitter has removed the Blue Tick Mark

The blue tick verification marks were removed from all previously verified accounts on Twitter last week. They were only kept for accounts that had subscribed to Twitter Blue and paid a subscription fee. Amitabh has been commenting on the events in Hindi.

Amitabh addresses Twitter as “Bhaiya”

Amitabh Bachhan first posted that he had purchased the subscription and asked for the restoration of his blue tick mark on his account, addressing Twitter as “Twitter bhaiya (brother)”. He later thanked Twitter for the restoration and even composed a song called “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Musk Musk” in Elon Musk’s honor.
