Khurrana appeared in the trailer wearing a new outfit and seems again duping numerous men. Due to extensive VFX work, the movie’s release got postponed; it now has a date for August. The film succeeds the 2019’s Dream Girl, which brought in 200 crores worldwide.

Tuesday saw the trailer release for Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film. The next installment is this time directed by Raaj Shaandilya. Ananya Panday, the lead actress, is the newest cast member.

Ayushmann takes his Pooja persona to a new level in the trailer. He’s not just speaking for Pooja this time; he’s also dressed like her. He got subsequently caught hitting and tricking numerous men.
The trailer features many seasoned comic actors, like Rajpal Yadav, Annu Kapoor, Asrani, and Paresh Rawal. Even funnier, Annu Kapoor may appear seen waxing Ayushmann’s chest. In the trailer, Ananya gets observed making love to Ayushmann’s male alter ego.

VFX work delayed the release of the movie
The previous release date for Dream Girl 2 was July. But as of right now, it opens in theatres in August. The producers explained that the lengthy VFX work required for the movie was the cause of the delay.
Ektaa Kapoor, who is also co-producing the movie, commented on it, saying, “We are investing additional time to finalize the VFX work for the face since we desire Ayushmann Khurrana’s persona to appear flawless as Pooja in sequel. We ensure that everyone who watches the movie has the best experience possible. Because the VFX work for Dream Girl 2 is so important to the film, we want to be sure that we give viewers an excellent final product.”
