Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, declared that the suspects needed to face charges under the National Security Act amid social media outrage.

In the Kubri village of Sidhi, Deen Dayal Sahu, who recorded the incident on his phone “outside his shop” close to Panchayat Bhawan, connected with Newslaundry. “The victim is a very straightforward Kol community member. He added, “The victim attempted to stop him, but he was unreceptive. I briefly recorded the video before seeking to stop him, but he was unresponsive. He commands respect in the village because he is the MLA’s representative. Even the police seem to favor him and his group, according to Sahu.”
Man Who Peed on Tribal Worker Arrested Now
As soon as the video was posted online, according to Adarsh, Pravesh vanished, and his family reported him missing by filing a missing person report. According to Police, Pravesh was trying to avoind arrest by hopping from one place to another, but was finally caught at 2 am.
On June 26, Sahu sent the video to Adarsh Shukla, who posted it to social media.
Pravesh, Adarsh, Sahu, and the victim are all from the same village.
