The Vivo V29 Pro is anticipated to be launched in June alongside the rest of the V29 series, specifically targeting the Indian market. This upcoming series is expected to succeed the Vivo V27 series. In March of this year, Vivo introduced the V27 and V27 Pro models in India, featuring octa-core MediaTek Dimensity chipsets. These devices boasted 4,600mAh batteries with 66W fast charging support. Now, Vivo has officially listed some key specifications of the upcoming Vivo V29 Pro on its website.

The Vivo V29 Pro, as shown in the teaser image, features a sleek black color option with minimal bezels on the sides and bottom of the display. On the right edge of the handset, the power button and volume rocker are clearly visible. Towards the bottom left corner of the back panel, the Vivo logo is vertically placed. Additionally, the official listing confirms that the Vivo V29 Pro will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery and support 66W fast charging.

Display, RAM and Storage
As per the official listing, the Vivo V29 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch curved OLED display with a full-HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone is confirmed to come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage, though it’s uncertain if other storage variants will be available.

Camera
In terms of camera capabilities, the Vivo V29 Pro will sport a triple rear camera setup, with the teaser image on the website providing a vague glimpse of a 64-megapixel primary sensor placed within a rectangular camera island on the top left corner of the back panel. Additionally, the front camera is said to be equipped with a 50-megapixel sensor.

Some Info on V29 Lite Model
Previously, rumors have suggested that the Vivo V29 Lite model will feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED full-HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels.

It is expected to have a 16-megapixel front camera sensor for capturing selfies. The rear camera setup is likely to consist of a 64-megapixel main sensor accompanied by two 2-megapixel sensors.

In terms of battery, the Vivo V29 Lite is rumored to come with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. It could be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and be available in a single configuration of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
According to the previous report, the Vivo V29 Pro is expected to have a global price of $299 (approximately Rs. 24,800).
